SINGLES COMPETITION RULES


1. If for any reason matches are not able to be completed by the due date, the player going through to next round will be decided by the toss of a coin. This to be carried out by Competition Secretary.


2. Match venues will be at first drawn players own club or at the club of his choice except the final which will be set by Secretary at the start of competition.


3. Both players share the responsibility for arranging the matches.


4. The cost of each match will be shared by the participants except the final which, by tradition, will be funded by the society.


5. The winner of each match is to notify the Competition Secretary as soon as possible. Andrew Marsh or Chris Williams.


6. Entry fee for the competition is £5.


7. Matches cannot be played on “Society Days”


8 .The current society handicap will apply to each match. If in doubt refer to Nick Bennett.


  1. 9.In the event of any dispute the Committee will make the final decision.


10. Competition is Match-Play to full Handicap.
